45 Minute Yoga Class - 8 Limbs of Yoga Part 5: Pratyahara

In part 5 of our 8 Limbs of Yoga series, we explore Pratyahara, the practice of going inward, withdrawing our senses. By calming external stimuli, we're able to better tune in, align, and restore our body, mind, and spirit. Most of us are bombarded with external stimuli all day long and have a hard time concentrating on one task at a time. While there are many ways to practice pratyahara, I like teaching a blindfold class to completely eliminate the sense of sight from asana practice. Try it with us at home!
