Homemade Big Mac - Bigger and Cheaper

It's no secret that the Big Mac isn't really all that big, so I decided to make my own burger from scratch, make the patty, have a go at the McDonalds Special Sauce and assemble - then assembled and did a side-by-side comparison, taste test and price difference - full ingredients written below. For my burger bun recipe video see here:    • How to Make Burger Buns / Soft Burger Bun ...   The Burger Patties consisted of 50g beef mince for each patty and a sprinkle of salt & pepper while they were cooking.
