Recipe for Toffee Apple Cinnamon Buns : In a bowl, add 1 Tablespoon of Breadmakers Yeast 300ml of Warm Water 500g of Flour 1 Teaspoons of Salt Knead for 10 minutes Cover and leave for an hour until it's about doubled in size, which you prep the apple mixture. In another bowl, chop up 4 decent sized apples, finely sliced 1 heaped teaspoon of Cinnamon 100g of Soft Brown Sugar Smoosh them together well with your hands When the bread dough has risen, oil your bench and stretch (or roll) out the dough to about 30x50cm Spread with about 2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter Spread the apple mixture all over evenly Roll it up from the long end Grease and sugar an appropriate sized pan (28cm round pan worked best for me) Chop into 12 pieces and arrange in the pan Try not to make as much mess as I made! Cover and let them rise again, sprinkle some sugar on top and bake in the oven at 180oC for 30 minutes. Flip over if you like! Best eaten the day it's made, but it's still very nice for a few days after it's made :) Chapters for Toffee Apple Cinnamon Buns Recipe : 0:00 Introduction 0:40 Bread Mixture Recipe 2:23 Apple Mixture Recipe 4:25 Assembly 8:05 Baking Instructions 8:16 Outcome 8:45 Taste Test 10:12 Shoutout to Vinnies
