Finding the Bravery to Say YES to Life

For many people with chronic symptoms, life shrinks over time. It's common to have bad experiences where doing something hurts or causes a flare, and we recoil away, back to the safety of our comfort zone. Over time, with enough of these bad experiences, life continues to shrink. It's essential to find the bravery to break past this and get back to saying YES to life. When you have clarity to what's causing your symptoms, this becomes much easier. A mind-body cause for symptoms means there is nothing wrong with your body. There is nothing to fear when returning to living your life. You might not be comfortable, but resuming life is more important than avoiding temporary discomfort. Slowly push out of your comfort zone and teach the brain that each step of the way is safe. -------------------- Valuable Resources: Start Here - Everything you need to know about mind-body healing including the Self-Assessment, Understanding Pain & more! https://www.PainFreeYou.com/start Check out my book here: https://www.PainFreeYou.com/book Success stories from people who have overcome their pain and symptoms with this approach: https://www.PainFreeYou.com/success-s...
