Deux-cent-mille enfants sont nés des amours entre des femmes françaises et des soldats allemands durant l'Occupation. Les femmes qui avaient ainsi pactisé avec l'ennemi, tondues à la Libération, furent fréquemment mises au ban de la société. Leur vie avec un «enfant de nazi» fut très souvent un enfer. Pour les enfants, à cette douleur et cette honte-là s'est ajoutée celle de l'absence du père. Bernard, Liliane et Michel ont accepté de raconter leur parcours. Si Bernard et Liliane n'ont jamais connu leur père, Michel a pu retrouver le sien, il y a quelques années seulement, à Munich. These women often had their heads shaved at Liberation and could be social outcasts along with the 'Boche child'. For the children the absence of the father came on top of the pain and shame of their origins. Or they might be protected from the shame by a family silence.
