New Wheels, More Speed? Next Hyper Go GPS RC Speed Run #new #rc #speedrun #car

Do smaller wheels make the Hyper Go faster? In this video, I give my Hyper Go 1:16 Brushless Buggy a completely different setup and head back out for another GPS speed run. This time, the buggy is equipped with a new set of Contact wheels featuring a harder foam-style tread. The front tires are narrower than the rears, giving the car a much more road-focused look and potentially improving high-speed stability. But will they actually increase top speed? šŸš€ Test Setup For this run, I wanted to see how the buggy behaves with its new wheel setup: Smaller wheels than stock Narrower front tires Wider rear tires Harder road-oriented tire compound GPS speed measurement The goal is simple: šŸ‘‰ Better efficiency šŸ‘‰ Less rolling resistance šŸ‘‰ More speed āš ļø One Problem... Unfortunately, the battery is no longer in perfect condition and doesn't deliver the same performance as before. That means the final speed result may not represent the buggy's full potential. Still, it's a great first test and gives a good impression of how the new wheels affect handling and performance. šŸ First Impressions The buggy feels very different with this setup. The smaller wheels change the overall driving characteristics, and the harder tires make it behave differently compared to the original off-road setup. But the big question remains: How fast did it actually go? šŸ“Š The GPS result is revealed at the end of the video. šŸ”œ What's Next? This is only the first test. A second attempt with a fresh, fully charged battery will follow soon to see what the buggy is truly capable of.
