#252 Travel By Art, Ep. 108: Bautzen, Germany (Watercolor Cityscape Demo)

Michael Solovyev. Bautzen, Germany. From the photo made by Rosemarie Thomas from Germany. ‪@DANIELSMITHArtistColor‬ watercolor paints on Baohong Masters' Choice 300 gsm Rough paper, 15,75x15,75 inches (40x40 cm), ‪@EscodaBarcelona‬. Today we are going to Bautzen, Germany (Saxony). And this photo was taken by Rosemarie. She grew up there. And this town is more than 1000 years old. It's in the former East Germany. There is a very complex view and a lot of details, and there is a beautiful light on the front of the tower. So we'll try to organize all this without making a pencil sketch to convey the difference in light and shadow and this beautiful view. Let's go!
