Standing Pilates Magic Circle Workout | 25 Minute Standing Pilates Ring for Strength and Balance Join me for a 25 minute standing pilates ring workout. This small prop will accelerate the toning of those difficult areas under the arms and shoulders, move down to core work and then target the inner and outer thighs finishing with a lovely circular stretch to release the spine. This is a mixed ability workout which will really challenge your strength and balance- a great one to do regularly as part of your strength training routine. Don’t worry if you don’t have a ring, you can use a cushion or a medium size ball like a football instead.
