Cinnamon (Dalchini) - Small Piece Cloves (Cloves) - 4 Nos Cardamom (Elaichi) - 2 Nos. Large Cardamom Seeds (Badi Elaichi) - Some Water (Paani) - As Required Garlic (Lahsun) - Some Onion (Pyaaz) - 2-3 Nos. Ginger (Adrak) - 1 Big Piece Coriander leaves (Dhaniya) - Some Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) - 2- 3 Nos. Oil - As Required Corn Flour - Some Snack - As Required Ingredients For Gravy - Garlic - Some Onion - 2-3 Nos. Ginger - 1 Big Piece Coriander leaves - Some Green Chilli - 2-3 Nos. Transfer them to the cooker, add Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Green Cardamom, and Black Cardamom. Cover the lid, and give 2 whistles then cook on a slow flame for 5 minutes. Take mortar and pestle, add chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, Onion, Coriander, boiled Dal, roasted Papad, and Bread Crumbs. Coarsely crush them all well. Then take out the mixture on a plate. Divide this mixture into large equal portions, insert it into a skewer and give shape. Wrap with Corn Flour and Fry the kebabs on a tawa with Oil. Rotate in between making sure all sides are roasted evenly. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏◆𝐬𝐭, keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, Onion, and Coriander Leaves, and saute all well. Then keep it cool transfer to the mixing jar and grind by adding Cashew Nuts Powder and Water. In the same pan, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Gravy Paste, Water, Coriander Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, and Curd. Cook till oil releases or gravy leaves the corners. Then add Salt, Water, Sugar, roasted Fenugreek Leaves, Fresh Cream/Malai, Coriander Leaves, and fried Kababs. Garnish with Fresh Cream, Roasted Papad, and Coriander Leaves.
