We finally tried the famous Bifanas at Afonso inside the Lisbon Art Stay hotel… and it was NOT what we expected. 🇵🇹🥪 We skipped the chilli and mustard (huge mistake!) and ended up with a dry, flavourless bifana that felt like a tourist-friendly version of Portugal’s iconic pork sandwich.
