Hon. David Kabanda clarified on Rwabogo land Issues in Kiruhura. Reportedly rwabogo engulfed a government ranch after lying to president Museveni on using it as a cattle breeder hub which he later occupied with Chinese contractors, planned to resale the land and a milk hub defaulting milk and cow farmers was established. David Kabanda says that his emphasis is on transparency and restoration of NRM interests and integrity; He swears not to stop.
