Recipe for 4 to 6 people INGREDIENTS: 150g millet, cooked according to package directions 1/2 yellow bell pepper 1 small zucchini 1 small can of chickpeas (or - if you prefer!) Approximately 200g cherry tomatoes of various colors 1 small red onion (or half) 50g raisins (optional) Approximately 20g whole almonds (optional) ✔Vinaigrette: Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp fine salt Freshly ground pepper 4 to 5 tbsp olive oil ✔Finishing touches: as much as you like!!!
