Webinar – Better Together: Transforming healthcare complaints

This webinar is the second episode of the second series in the Person-centred Care in Practice webinars. It provides insights from Metro South Health regarding their "Have Your Say" initiative, which is an inclusive and person-centred system for handling complaints and compliments. This initiative maximises accessibility for consumers by offering multiple submission options available in ten different languages. This project is a tangible example of partnering with consumers to co-produce project outcomes. It also highlights the need to embed consumer partnerships in clinical governance, ensuring that meaningful collaborations with consumers become a central principle of the health service.
