Voilà! Here's an electro swing remix of the 1970 Disney classic, 'Aristocats'. I had a lot of fun stringing ideas from Caravan Palace and K.D.S to create a fun swinging beat that captures the comedic and slapstick filled flick. I went all in with adding live instrumentation to fill in the gaps. I wanted to really capture the 'Hot Jazz' vibe of early 1900's Paris. I also borrowed a chord progression from a famous jazz standard, see if you can spot it! Also, the title translates to 'The City Of Light'. Composed with samples from the film's soundtrack, sound fx and vocals; and also overdubs of melodica/accordion, guitars, keys, drums and live brass.
