Ontario Duffins Trail Parkrun - 2025-06-28 - Full video 4k

Enjoy a full course overview of Duffins Trail Parkrun, located just outside of Toronto Ontario. Feel free to mute or play on 2x speed to get a faster course overview without my commentary! It's around 90 minutes travel from union station, but well worth the trip! Course: A beautiful out & back course along Duffins Creek. Expect a wide, hard-packed, multi-use path that offers lush greenery on either side of the trail which crosses over the river several times. Road shoes are appropriate in summer. Toilets: No washrooms on site, but there are a number of stores & vendors near the start / finish with restrooms. Post Run Coffee: The Bean & Basket, 62 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, L1T 2Z8. Parking: The bulk of the parking on the right up Old Kingston Rd, plenty of free parking is also available at The Courtyard parking lot. #parkruntourism #parkrun #toronto #ontario
