The accounts vary slightly, but they both tell of a very odd and unexplainable event that took place in Woolpit in the 1100s, when two children with green skin, emerged in the fields near the village of Woolpit without explanation. They spoke in a strange language, and wore clothes made of a fabric that nobody could identify. But who were they? Where did they come from?
