This maybe the BEST CAMP we've found in South Australia? YOU BE THE JUDGE - Ep 155

This week on Trip 4 2 Australia, we’re heading to the stunning Eyre Peninsula to explore the raw beauty of the Talia Caves! We set up our base at the local campground, giving us the perfect home base to discover some of the most dramatic geological formations on the coast. From the honeycombed ceilings of "The Woolshed" to the mysterious depths of "The Tub," this area is a must-see for any road tripper. We also take a scenic hike along the rocks to find the hidden rock pools, check out the view at Monument Point, and spend some time on the wild sands of Talia Beach. About Talia Caves These spectacular formations have been carved into ancient granite and limestone cliffs by the relentless power of the Southern Ocean over millions of years. Beyond the natural beauty, the area carries a somber history; you’ll find a monument dedicated to Sister D.B. Millard, a nurse who tragically drowned at the site in 1928. Visitor Information & Costs Camping: The Woolshed Campground is the perfect spot for self-sufficient campers. Sites are available for approximately $20 per night. Operators Note: It is a remote area with no amenities (no toilets or water), so ensure you are fully prepared. Bookings: We highly recommend booking your site in advance through official booking platforms, as the area is popular and phone reception is limited. Safety: Always stick to the marked trails, especially near cliff edges and "The Tub." The ocean here is powerful—always prioritize safety when exploring the rock pools.
