Princípios Gerais do CPA - Princípio da Administração Eletrónica

The INA (National Institute of Administration) is organizing a series of webinars on the General Principles of the Code of Administrative Procedure (CPA), with the aim of sharing knowledge and promoting reflection and debate on the relevance and observance of the principles of public administration activity. Following the series organized by the INA on the "Fundamental Principles of Public Administration," provided for in Article 266 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, held between October 2021 and March 2022, which resulted in a publication, this new series proposes to address six other principles that, together with those mentioned in the aforementioned Article 266, comprise the general principles of administrative activity established by the CPA. The third webinar in this series will take place on September 17th, from 3 PM to 4 PM, and will be dedicated to the Principle of Electronic Administration, which mandates "the use of electronic means by the administration in the performance of its activities, in order to promote administrative efficiency and transparency and proximity to stakeholders" (Article 14 of the CPA). The webinar will feature the participation of: Inês Fernandes Neves, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto; Luís Vidigal, International Consultant in digital government and administrative modernization; Miguel Agrochão, Member of the Board of Directors of INA.
