Cultural Exchange in Gastronomy | Pepe Solla, João Oliveira, Juanjo López & João Rodrigues

At Gastromasa 2025, under the moderation of Guillaume Erblang and sponsored by Ruins, we hosted the panel “Cultural Exchange in Gastronomy & Experiencing Flavors from Different Cultures.” Four visionary chefs shared their perspectives on culinary heritage, global flavors, and cultural exchange: Pepe Solla – Restaurante Solla João Oliveira – Vista Restaurant Juanjo López – La Tasquita de Enfrente João Rodrigues – Projecto Matéria They explored how traditions from different regions inspire contemporary gastronomy and create meaningful experiences at the table.
