Today on Booze On The Rocks we show you how to make the Mystic Blue Cocktail. This Mezcal cocktail is inspired by Pokemon and Team Mystic. It is inspired by Articuno, the legendary ice bird, and Team Mystic’s mascot. It’s icy cool and level headed, with blue curaçao and a squirt of lime to balance out the smoky bite of the Mezcal.
