This three ingredient cocktail from 1919 was invented for Count Camillo Negroni by bartender Fosco Scarselli on Florence. The story goes tha Count Negroni wanted a stronger version of the Americano and the rest was history. Add ace and all ingredients into a glass. 2. Stir until desired dilution and chill. 3. Garnish with and Orange Twist NEGRONI SOUR .75 oz/22.5 ml Dry Gin .75 oz/22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth .75 oz/22.5 ml Campari 1 oz/30 ml Lemon Juice 1 oz/30 ml Simple Syrup (1:1) 1 Egg White. Method 1. Add all ingredients to the shaking tin. 2. Shake without ice for 10-15 seconds. 3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. 3. Fine strain into a wine glass.
