Frieren was getting pushed.. Nulha secret sword was cutting. Restrict value was so high.. that strip and unbuffable is a bad exchange for it. strip has no value for her im gonna keep it a buck. if ur opener failed to strip.. u fked up. in no situation it was a plus side. s1 double hit... lmao who wrote this sht? i dunno whats the purpose of these changes are. some say its marination for a future rift content. but what do you need double sleep,unbuffable, strip on pve for.. HOLY COPE.. anyway overall its a nothing burger. nothing really changed that much. its like 30% winrate going 28% she still plays the same except no restrict. its a -5 for getting a +1 change. but the difference between B tier to C minus isn't really all that different in RTA..
