How To Make Arepa De Huevo - Arepa con huevos, or 'arepa e huevo' as is locally called, are amazing. When I was a little girl, we would have them at home on afternoons and at the street sides of "Luruaco" as we traveled to Cartagena. I moved to Cali and would take and my daughters to sports classes on Saturdays and it was there that I found a place that made them. I ate my morning arepa each Saturday morning and it felt like heaven, like being a little girl again in my hometown of Barranquilla. Have you ever seen an arepa with eggs and beef inside?
