Landlord Desperately Needed This Rental Catastrophe Transformed!

Have I got a good one for you today! So, a customer contacted me via Facebook and asked me to go around to do a quote on a cleanup for his rental property, as the tenants had left the place in pretty bad shape. The front was okay, but the back was an absolute disaster. Not only that, he needed it cleaned up as quickly as possible because the place was soon going up for sale. As always, I try to help where I can, so I pushed a non-urged transformation back a bit, put in extra hours and got the job done. I did charge him for tip fees and a bit extra to be bumped up the list, but ultimately, he was super happy with the result. I'm also going to look after the place until it sells. All up, we put around 16 hours into this rescue, including 4 trips to the landfill and tip shop.
