고민이 많은 성격이라, 새벽에 많이 깨곤 합니다. 그때 문득 기도를 해보자는 생각이 들어 그때부터 기도하는 습관을 가지게 되었어요. 새벽은 정말 조용하고 고요해서 그런지 하나님을 느껴보려 애쓰는 것 만으로도 큰 은혜가 되었습니다. 왠지 하나님이 계신 그곳이 느껴지는 것 같고 나를 보고 계시는 '시선'이 체감으로 느껴지기도 했습니다. 그때 나 같은 작은 존재를 위해 같은 곳에서 늘 지켜보고 계시는 하나님께 감사하는 마음을 담아 이 찬양을 쓰게 되었습니다. From the Same Place. 늘 변함 없으신 하나님을 찬양합니다. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I often wake up in the early morning because of my thoughtful nature. One day, I felt the urge to pray, and since then, I’ve developed the habit of praying at dawn. The quiet and stillness of those hours make even the effort to sense God’s presence a great blessing. At times, it feels as though I can sense the very place where God dwells, and I can almost feel His gaze upon me. In those moments, I was filled with gratitude toward the Lord who always watches over me, even though I am such a small being. Out of that thankfulness, I wrote this song: “From the Same Place.” I praise our God who is forever unchanging.
