In this episode, I welcomed a guest who has become one of the leading figures in Brazil when it comes to the future of work, innovation, and artificial intelligence: Michelle Schneider. With a degree in Social Communication, a master's degree from Dublin, and a specialization in Futurism from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, she has built a career spanning over two decades leading teams at giants like LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok. In 2018, her TEDx talk "The Professional of the Future" surpassed 3 million views and impacted thousands of people by provoking reflection on careers, technology, and adaptation. In 2023, at the peak of her corporate career, she decided to pause everything to take a sabbatical year traveling the world, studying futurism, writing a book, and redesigning her own path. Today, she works as an author, visiting professor at Singularity University, advisor to Anhembi Morumbi, and partner in an American artificial intelligence consultancy. Michelle was also a professional DJ, playing in cities like New York and Ibiza.
