Backpacking Cape Chignecto
Cape Chignecto is a rugged headland jutting out into the Bay of Fundy. More than 50 km of wilderness trail encircles this provincial park, with back-country campsites available for those looking to complete the loop over several days. I intended to hike the entire trail over 4 days but ended up completing only 41 km over 3 days. This park is made up of the highest cliffs on mainland Nova Scotia and is part of the Appalachian Mountains, and may be the toughest hike Nova Scotia has to offer. 0:00-0:48 Intro 0:48-22:17 Red Rocks to Refugee Cove, km 1-13 22:17-35:46 Refugee Cove to Seal Cove, km 13-31 35:46-48:05 Seal Cove to Eatonville
