This Ford Edge Has Been Driving Around Broken For A YEAR

In this video I take a look at a customer’s 2016 Ford Edge that has an electronic parking brake problem that started about a year ago right after having the rear brakes replaced during a state inspection. The original shop claimed they did nothing wrong and the customer has been living with the warning light ever since. Looking for answers, she brought it to another repair shop where they replaced the rear brake caliper and the electronic parking brake motor... yet the warning light still remained on. After two shops, new parts, and no real fix, the vehicle finally ends up here for a third opinion.
