KDHS Lecture: Stained Glass of Harry Clarke Studios at St Senan's RC Church Kilrush, by John Glynn

This lecture was given by John Glynn to the Kilrush and District Historical Society in the Teach Ceoil in Kilrush on Tuesday 31 January 2023. In this video, John speaks about the history of the Harry Clarke Studios stained glass windows in St Senan's Church on Toler Street in Kilrush. Harry Clarke (17 March 1889–6 January 1931) was a stained-glass artist, graphic designer and book illustrator. John Glynn was born in Kilrush and has a keen interest in local history and photography. He has exhibited at the 186th Annual Exhibition of the Royal Hibernian Academy in Dublin in 2016 and in the Kilkenny Photographic Society annual exhibition during the Kilkenny Arts Festival in 2016, 2017 and 2022.
