Ringo Reunites with Rory Storm in the Studio: The Beatles September 1964 (Part 3)

September 1964 - Coming Home | A Month in the Life The North American Tour is over. As the Beatles touched down back in London, each of them returned to a different world - John to Kenwood and his family, Paul to the Ashers, George to Pattie Boyd, and Ringo quietly forming a construction company. But the chaos didn't end at the airport. Behind the scenes, a rift between Brian Epstein and press officer Derek Taylor finally boiled over on the last night of the tour. Derek quit. Brian begged him to reconsider. Back at EMI on September 29th, the Beatles got to work on what would become Beatles for Sale - recording Every Little Thing, I Don't Want to Spoil the Party, What You're Doing, and No Reply in sessions stretching late into the night. Meanwhile, Brian Epstein tried his hand at record producing with Rory Storm and the Hurricanes, and a new photographer named Robert Whittaker arrived in London after being recruited by Brian in Melbourne.
