Recipe "Quiche with Lamb Chops" Quiche Pastry Savoy Cabbage Lamb Chops Onion, Garlic Bell Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes Crème Fraîche, Parmesan Cheese, Butter Egg, Bacon Coarse Dijon Mustard Pine Nuts, Flat-Leaf Parsley Olive Oil, Lemon Salt, Pepper, Herbs Oven: 200°C (390°F) – 20 minutes Filling Sauté the onion, garlic, and bacon. Thinly slice the savoy cabbage and add it to the pot along with the bell pepper. Sauté briefly and season. Add water and simmer until the cabbage wilts. Let it cool, then mix with eggs, salt, pepper, crème fraîche, and mustard. Bake the quiche: Butter a baking dish, line it with the pastry, add the filling, and top with tomatoes and thyme. Bake at 190–200 °C (375–400 °F) for about 20–30 minutes. Parmesan rounds: Melt the Parmesan cheese on parchment paper in the oven, let it cool briefly, and shape as desired. Roast the lamb: Season the cutlets and sear them briefly in hot oil with garlic and herbs. Toast the pine nuts as well. Briefly place the pan in the oven. Pesto: Blend or finely chop the pine nuts, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, and oil. Season to taste. Serve with the lamb cutlets and quiche. Enjoy!
