Bissegem East Level Crossing

Friday July 4 2025 at 17.03 This is only a ¼ mile from Bissegem Station LC and the postal address is Kortrijk a city of 80,000 people. This is the 1st double decker train we've seen for a while and it's covered in graffiti. A photo taken 3 months earlier shows the locomotive clean. This was probably an extra peak period service. I don't understand why one end of the double deck train has a unit one would expect and the other end has to have a locomotive that doesn't match at all.
