This dynasty of tamale makers, led by Doña Piedad Nicolás, has passed down their recipe and passion from generation to generation. Today, Serch and her team continue to innovate with more than 30 different flavors, from the classic mole to seasonal ones like blackberry with cream cheese or suadero with cheese.
