Originally, I was 173 cm tall and 56 kg, a very skinny guy with very little self-confidence. It was then that I started weight training to gain confidence and become more popular with girls. As my body transformed, so did my appearance, my confidence, and my inner self. After that, I worked as a police officer from age 20 to 24, but I realized that I only have one life and wanted to do what I truly wanted. I wanted to train people like myself, so I switched careers to become a personal trainer. After that, I worked at a private personal gym for two years, then went independent and now works as a personal trainer in Minami-Aoyama, supported by many customers. On this channel, I will share reproducible know-how that helped me, who originally had no talent, to achieve my current physique, as well as ultra-theoretical know-how to get to the top in the shortest and fastest time possible.
