On Friday, I went for a bird walk with Leo Tukker across the Logtse Veld, a beautiful part of the Kampina between Boxtel and Oirschot. This is the catchment area of ​​the Beerze, and that is what makes this area so interesting. Where there is water, there is life. There are insects, there are birds. The most beautiful sightings? The black stork, the honey buzzard (again!), and the grey flycatcher. Correction The egg-laying Blue Damselflies turn out to be Azure Damselflies as well.
