It's the holiday season, which means epic sized meals & New Years resolutions around the corner. I know theres a lot of guilt revolving around over eating, and the concept of using exercise to burn it all off. I decided to become use myself as an experiment to show case the absolute extremes. Is it even possible to accidentally eat 10,000 calories in 1 day, would you gain 5lbs from a few holdiday meals...if you did over eat can ou just go and do an insane workout the next day to burn it all off?
