HITACHI MCA @ 905 WOODLANDS SQUARE [LIFTS E & F]

Speed: 1.00 m/s UrbanVille@Wooldands is launched as part of the 2020 BTO Sales Exercise, and was noticeably delayed before finally being completed 6 years afterwards. Consisting of 8 blocks with mostly varying heights, it commands a good view of the town, as well as Johor Bahru in a good day. The entire development received 32nd Term Hitachis, with the exception of the cargo lift at block 905 which was supplied by Eastern Elevator of China instead. While lifts A to D serving the carpark has a standard capacity of 13 persons, the dedicated shuttle lifts E and F have a significantly larger capacity of 20 persons and only stop at the ground floor and roof garden which is where the shops are. Lift G is not from Hitachi, as the capacity of 30 persons is beyond the scope of a standard term contract for HDB lift installations.
