before finishing, a new idea arrived (music journal #10)

This week I completed the dream section of the composition, adding a reference to the Olivier theme and the sigma chord to represent a moment of inner awakening during the journey toward Yantra. The structure of the piece is now almost finished and I’m preparing to record the final full take and shoot the official video. At the same time, something unexpected happened: while continuing to play live every Wednesday with my trio, a completely new composition emerged in just a few hours. It made me reflect on the balance between focus and creative freedom — and on the possibility of working on multiple pieces at the same time, like painters working on different canvases.
