Ingredients Tart dough (pâte sucre) (as needed) 5 Red Delicious apples (mine weighed 150-200g each) 100g honey 30g butter 1. Tart dough Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes. 2. Peel and core the apples. 3. Place the cores and peels in a pot, add honey, and simmer. Strain the remaining juices into a sieve. 4. Return the cores and peels to the pot, add water, and simmer until the color of the peels is pronounced. Strain the remaining juices and arrange them in a lined sieve again, then simmer to make jam. 5. Arrange the apples and butter in the pot and add 3. 6. Bake over medium heat for 20 minutes, then flip and reduce to low heat for another 20 minutes. 7. Arrange the apples on a baking sheet-lined pan and add all of the juices. 8.
