In our Kuzis 55 hobby workshop, the Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 XL Nightster makeover is entering its next phase! 🔧🔥 This time, things are getting serious: To give the engine block its new black look, a few parts have to go first. We're removing the exhaust system and the footpegs so we can properly mask off the engine and prepare it for painting. Sounds simple – but as always, the devil is in the details. Screw by screw, the Nightster is getting closer to its new, aggressive look. The black engine will later perfectly complement the makeover and give the bike a completely new character.
