สวัสดีค่ะ /sà-wàt-dee kâ/ You will learn a handy phrase that you can always use to ask for something from someone. It is only one easy word that you can use in any situations. Can I have …? ขอ/kŏr/ + what you want to ask for (Noun or Verb) + หน่อย/nòi/ + ค่ะ/kâ/ or ครับ/kráp/ Examples of what you can ask for: 1. Menu = เมนู/may-noo/ 2. Receipt = ใบเสร็จ/bai sèt/ 3. Salt = เกลือ/gleua/ 4. Pepper = พริกไทย/prík-tai/ 5. Thai kiss or onion = หอม/hŏm/ 6. Kiss = จูบ/jòop/ 7. Your hand = มือของเธอ/meu kŏng ter/, มือเธอ/meu ter/ 8. Your heart = ใจเธอ/jai ter/ Note: you can only say มือ/meu/ as your hand when you look at who you are talking to and say the whole sentence ขอมือหน่อย/kŏr meu nòi/.
