Fishing in the Winter's Sun at Shakespeare Beach, Dover #gsp #fishingvideo #seafishing

Join me for a mornings fishing session in the late winter's sun at Shakespeare Beach, Dover. The fishing had apparently been tough there over the last week but could I catch and prove the doubters wrong?! It was a glorious sunny winters morning on Sunday 2nd March and I really wanted to go fishing. I quickly packed the car up with my gear and headed into Dover and to Bills Bait and Tackle to see Clive and get some fresh Biat. ONce that was sorted I headed round to Shakespeare beach and paid the extortionate price of £7.70 to park for 4 hrs. 4 hours is all I had to fish anyway as I had plans in the afternoon so I quickly headed to the beach and set up. On the way to the beach I met a local by his lock up who kindly gave me a packet of discarded ragworm but then proceeded to tell me that they were left by fishermen on the previous day who had fish a long session without a bite. I was set on proving him wrong and I was determined to catch. The fishing was slow and its very difficult to film everything I need and to focus fully on fishing when I on my own and within the first 30 minutes I missed a drop back bite. Hours passed and then all of a sudden my rod went over! finally a fish! I had saved a blank and to reaffirm that I caught another! It was a lovely session in the sun and for most I had the beach to myself. This video is packed full of helpful tips and information, baiting guides and fishing talk.
