Which Uziel UZL-2S build is better for me? | MechWarrior Online

Which of these two Uziel UZL-2S builds is better for me? The Skirmish & Harass build is 3xLPPC 1xLRM10 on LE280 @ 90kph (the Uziel standard), competing with a Slow Brawler with 2xSPPC 2xMAG 1xSRM6 on LE250 @ 81kph. They play completely differently.
