Upper Cherry is one of the most well known and iconic runs in California, and it is a must do if you come to Cali. I love when I not only get to drop back into that epic run, but also get to show people down for their first time because it always blows peoples minds! People often see the few major gorges like Cherrybomb gorge, but they don't see the dozens of other rapids and slides that make it one of the best runs in the world. It was a VERY cold hike in and lap on the run, but that didn't take away from just how sick this run truly is!
