KUE SUS (CHOUX PASTRY/CREAM PUFF, PROFITEROLES, ECLAIR) ISI PASTRY CREAM

Hello, hopefully you're not bored with pastry cream yet, this time I'm making the most common pastry cream dish, namely choux pastry. I've previously made crispy ones (choux au craquelin) (   • KUE SUS CRISPY // CRISPY CREAM PUFF // CHO...  ), almond-topped croquant choux (   • CROQUANT CHOUX (SUS BERLAPIS ALMOND CRISPY...  ), and donut-shaped ones (crullers) (   • DONAT SUS COKELAT // CHOCOLATE CRULLERS //...  ). The dough is all the same, just a little different in the shape and topping :D SUSS (Sus Cake) Makes: 12-13 pieces (medium-sized) Ingredients: (*I've also written the gram-cup conversion, but note: the spoons I use are measuring spoons. The cups I use are 240 ml glasses) Sus Base 50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter 120ml (1/2 cup) water 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp Sugar 75g (9 tbsp) low-protein flour 2 eggs Pastry Cream (   • PASTRY CREAM (VLA) DASAR DAN VARIASI RASAN...  ) but make 1 1/2 times the amount, so the measurements are: 3 egg yolks 300ml (1 1/4 cups) liquid milk 15g (2 tbsp) cornstarch 15g (1 3/4 tbsp) medium-protein flour 60g (4 3/4 tbsp) sugar 23g (1 1/2 tbsp) unsalted butter 3/4 tsp vanilla paste Chocolate Glaze 120g dark cooking chocolate, chopped 60g (4 1/4 tbsp) unsalted butter For more easy recipes, check out this YouTube playlist:    / @nominooom   -------------------------------------------------------------------- CHOUX PASTRY RECIPE Makes about : 12-13 pieces (medium size) Ingredients: (*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon.
