POTAŽ OD PEČENE BUNDEVE: Savršena supa od tikve za hladne dane [POSNO]
najbolja stvar kada dodje jesen jeste to što možemo da uživamo u čarima bundeve. zbog toga sam odlučio da još jedan recept bude sa bundevom. ovo je moj omiljeni topli jesenji obrok - potaž od pečene bundeve. RECEPT: potrepštine za 4 osobe: -1.5 kg bundeve -3 supene kašike maslinovog ulja -1 ravna supena kašika morske soli -1 praziluk -1 crni luk -4 čena belog luka -biber (1 kašičica) -dimljena paprika (1 kašičica) -peršun začin (1 kašičica) -750 ml povrtnog temeljca za supu recept: očišćenu bundevu iseckati na manje delove, poredjati u pleh i premazati maslinovim uljem. nakon toga posoliti morskom solju po želji i staviti da se peče na 180 stepeni pola sata. dok se bundeva peče, pripremamo drugi deo potaža. jedan praziluk iseći na krupne kolutove, zatim iseckati krupnije jedan crni luk i iseckati četiri čena belog luka. na zagrejanom maslinovom ulju staviti praziluk i crni luk da se dinstaju. posle 2-3 minuta kada povrće krene da dobija boju, dodati iseckan beli luk i začine (so, biber, paprika, peršun), sjediniti sastojke i smanjiti vatru na najmanju temperaturu. nakon toga dodajemo povrtni temeljac, promešano i ostavljamo smesu da odstoji. kada je bundeva ispečena, odvojimo je od kore i ubacimo očišćen deo u prethodno skuvanu smesu. kada sve to spojimo, ručnim mikserom ili u blenderu izmiksamo sve dok ne dobijemo teksturu potaža po želji. vaš potaž je gotov i spreman za serviranje💘 ________________________________________________ background music: an Autumn Wind - • [Royalty Free Music] 가을바람 / an Autumn Wind... outro music: No.47 Simple mood [Prod. by Soundintern]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXAwP... ________________________________________________ ENG: the best thing when it comes to autumn is that we can unconditionally enjoy the magic of pumpkins. that's why i decided to make another recipe with pumpkin. this is my favourite warm fall meal - roasted pumpkin pottage. RECIPE: ingredients for 4 people: -1.5 kg of pumpkin -3 tablespoons of olive oil -1 flat tablespoon of sea salt -1 leek -1 onion 4 cloves of garlic -pepper (1 teaspoon) smoked paprika (1 teaspoon) parsley spice (1 teaspoon) -750 ml of vegetable stock recipe: cut the cleaned pumpkin into small pieces, arrange them in a tray and cover them with olive oil. after that, add sea salt as desired and bake it at 180 degrees for half an hour. while the pumpkin is baking, prepare the second part of the pottage. cut one leek into large rings, then chop one onion and four cloves of garlic. put chopped leek, onion and garlic on heated olive oil to stew. after 2-3 minutes, when the vegetables start to turn reddish, add spices (salt, pepper, paprika, parsley), combine the ingredients and put heat at the lowest temperature. after that we add the vegetable stock, stir and leave the mixture to stand. when the pumpkin is ready, separate it from the skin and insert the cleaned part into the previously cooked mixture. when we put it all together, mix it with a hand mixer or in a blender until we get the desired texture. your pottage is done and ready to serve💘 ________________________________________________ background music: an Autumn Wind - • [Royalty Free Music] 가을바람 / an Autumn Wind... outro music: No.47 Simple mood [Prod. by Soundintern]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXAwP... ________________________________________________ #potaz #bundeva #vegetarijanskirecepti
