Our family absolutely loves kimchi! We harvested 120 heads of napa cabbage from our own field, salted them with care, and boiled a deep, flavorful broth in a traditional iron cauldron. From scratch, we made our homemade seasoning for authentic Korean kimchi. Over two days, we prepared Gyeongsang-style coastal kimchi packed with fresh seafood, and also made several cozy homemade winter side dishes.
