The holidays are such a busy time, it is easy to give away time for yourself. But you deserve a moment to settle into yourself, calm your body and mind, and just breathe. In this flow we work to balance the body, moving with intention and care. Reminding ourselves that no matter what time of year it is, we are important and worthy of time for us.
