Are Clipless Pedals Faster Than Flat Pedals? │ I Don't Believe the Results

I'm tired of people telling me that there's no difference between clipless and flat cycling pedals. I mean... clipless has to be faster right? You're locked into your pedal and you should generate power from your full pedal stroke rather than just the down stroke. Well, I decided to test my theory. The results? Well, you have to watch to find out, but I still can't believe my findings. Also, I'm fully aware this is pseudo-science and there are several limitations to my test.
