Ramón Arroyo's Challenge - IM4EM

Ramón Arroyo is a father of two childs and affected by MS sportsmen, who discovered six years ago the benefits of physical activities to slow down the progress of his disease. Since then, he has practiced sports regularly, especially the ones related to athletics. Now, he decided to face a huge challenge for every man on earth, and even bigger for a person with multiple sclerosis: complete an Ironman competition: 4 km swimming, 180 km by bike and a marathon-distance running (42 km). His purpose with this adventure was to encourage people with MS to practice physical activities to improve their quality of life, to raise awareness about the disease and to fundraise for the Spanish MS Society. Last October 6th, Ramón finally fulfilled his dream on the Ironman held in "Barcelona Challenge 2013".
